City Partner Cooperation Agreement

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This agreement aims to establish Party A and Party B as partners to jointly promote the Raw Eggs blockchain game.

2. Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:

●“Eggs Token”: Refers to the virtual currency provided by the Raw Eggs platform.

●“City Partner”: Refers to Party B as the promoter of the Raw Eggs game, responsible for related promotional activities in a specific city.

●“Users”: Refers to all players participating in the Raw Eggs game.

Cooperation Content

3.1 Promotional Role

Party B, as the city partner, will actively promote the Raw Eggs blockchain game in its city.

3.2 Promotional activities include but are not limited to:

●Creating and sharing game-related posts and videos on Facebook to attract user interaction.

●Sharing engaging images and short videos on Instagram to showcase the fun and features of the game.

●Posting creative short videos on TikTok to demonstrate the gaming experience.

●Sharing gameplay and strategy videos on YouTube to attract new users.

●Posting game updates and event information on Twitter to engage with users.

3.3 Group Management

●Establish professional groups on WhatsApp and Telegram to invite more players to join and share gaming experiences and updates.

●Regularly update group content to ensure members are informed about the latest activities.

3.4 Content Creation

●Create and publish videos, blogs, or articles related to the game, introducing gameplay, advantages, and the value of Eggs tokens.

3.5 Responsibilities of Party B

●Party B is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the posted content, managing group activities, and introducing relevant information about the Raw Eggs blockchain game to group members. Party B must ensure that users receive game-related materials promptly upon joining the group and encourage them to actively experience the game. For users who exit the group, Party B should reach out promptly to understand their reasons and provide feedback to exclusive customer support to maximize retention efforts.

4. Support from Party A

4.1 Party A will advertise through major media platforms to assist Party B in promotion.

4.2 Party A will direct users to the groups managed by Party B, providing support for up to 100 users.

5. Responsibilities and Rewards of Party B

5.1 If Party B meets the following requirements, Party A will provide corresponding rewards, which will be issued on the first of each month:

Only direct subordinates of the partner are eligible to receive salaries. If the requirements for salary withdrawal are met in a given month, the partner can apply to their dedicated customer service for the corresponding salary. If the number of direct subordinates reaches a minimum of (raweggs-2) and exceeds the minimum required for withdrawal, it will be paid at the minimum standard. If the following level requirements are met, salaries will be issued according to the corresponding level standards. However, if users do not continue playing in that month and the partner does not meet the user requirements, no salary will be paid.

Salary Requirements for Partners

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-2) reaches 50, a monthly salary of $300 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-3) reaches 40, a monthly salary of $500 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-4) reaches 40, a monthly salary of $800 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-5) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $1000 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-6) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $1500 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-7) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $2000 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-8) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $3000 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-9) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $5000 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-10) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $8000 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

●If the number of subordinates unlocking (raweggs-11) reaches 30, a monthly salary of $10,000 can be claimed on the 1st of each month.

5.2 Daily Rewards for Subordinates of Party B:

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-3), they will receive a $5 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-4), they will receive a $10 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-5), they will receive a $15 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-6), they will receive a $30 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-7), they will receive a $200 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-8), they will receive a $400 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-9), they will receive an $800 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-10), they will receive a $1200 reward.

●If the subordinate unlocks the game farm (raweggs-11), they will receive a $2200 reward.

●If the total number of Party B’s unlocked farm users reaches 5,000 (raweggs-2 and above), this agreement will automatically take effect permanently.

5.3 In addition to the above rewards, Party B will also receive corresponding commissions for user recharge through their links:

●Recharge user (A) commission is 7%.

●Recharge user (B) under A's referral commission is 4%.

●Recharge user (C) under B's referral commission is 3%.

6. Privacy Statement

From the date of signing this agreement, all agreement contents will be automatically archived in Raw Eggs' database to protect Party B's privacy to the greatest extent.

7. Intellectual Property Statement

All intellectual property related to “Raw Eggs,” “we,” or “the company,” independent subsidiaries and Eggs Token are owned by Raw Eggs. The copyright and all related rights for all provided virtual products, services, and their derivatives are legally protected, and any third party may not use them without authorization.

8. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise during the performance of this agreement, both parties should first resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with [the jurisdictional court].

9. Agreement Term

This agreement is valid for 3 months. If the agreed number of users is not reached within 3 months, the reward terms in 5.1 will become invalid, but the rewards in 5.2 will still be valid. If Party B meets the conditions and meets the minimum user standards, the agreement will be automatically renewed for one year.
